Aromatherapy is the art of using essential oils for health and well-being.  If is used by various cultures around the world with plant indigenous to their locale. Since the beginning of time, people have used essential  oils in worship, cleansing, healing and perfumes.

Essential oils are liquid plant extracts.  They are very potent.  Today, they can be found in everything from pharmaceuticals to cosmetics to fragrances.  The best oils to firm and reportedly increase the breast are:
    •   Fennel
    •   Spearmint
    •   Parsley
    •   Angelica
    •   Geranium
    •   Cypress
    •   Carrot seed oil
    •   Sage
    •   Clary sage
    •   Lemongrass

When purchasing essential oils, make sure to get pure oils  Even though most health food stores carry a good selection of essential oils, the best oils usually come from companies that specialize  in essential oils.* The bottle should be dark and kept away from light and heat.  If kept in a cool, dark place, the oils will have an approximate shelf life of two years.

A few very good oils to use as a base or carrier are almond, avocado, coconut, hemp and grapeseed oil. Jojoba, while not a true oil but a wax, will not go rancid like the other oils will.  Always use cold pressed organic oils. You can use up to 15 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier or base oil stored in a dark glass bottle.

Not only will these massage oils help to increase and firm the breast, but they will help prevent stretch marks that may appear with rapid growth.

The oils work best in conjunction with a cold water splash or ice massage.  Scandinavian girls are taught from the onset of puberty, that following a warm bath or shower to splash cold water over the breasts.  The cold contracts the tissues, helping to keep the breast firm and resist sagging.

One form of cold treatment is to actually do an ice massage.  Fill up a foam cup with water and freeze.  Use this to massage the breast in outward circular motions

before using the massage oils.  As the ice melts, peel away the foam to expose more ice.  Save what you don’t use for next time.  DO NOT OVER DO IT!  Too much could damage skin and breast tissue.  This procedure should only take a few seconds, maybe three to five.  The breast should not be numb, only cooled.  If this method is too uncomfortable, use the cold water method. The cold water method involves splashing the breasts with cold water or applying a wash cloth soaked in cold water alternately to each breast.

Right after a warm bath or shower, use the ice-cup or cold water to cool the breast tissue, then massage with your favorite essential oil(s) blend.

For the cold water method  mix 2-3 drops of Cypress oil in 1 teaspoon of witch hazel.  Add this to a basin or bowl of cold water.  Use the water by either splashing or placing a wash cloth soaked in the solution alternately to each breast.  Finish with a massage of your essential oil(s) blend.

.  This method is best done after daily exercise.
